REFUND POLICY
1. General Refund Policy
All sales are final once a booking is confirmed.
Refunds are only issued if the flight is canceled by the operator.
2. Cancellation by Customer
Customers who cancel after booking are not eligible for a refund.
In some cases, we may allow rebooking to another available flight at our discretion.
3. Cancellation by LumeJet.co
If an empty leg flight is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative flight.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email bookings@lumejet.co with your booking details.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
